Chinese characters in file name

Hi,

I recently noticed that Irfanview can't open images that have Chinese characters in the file name or the file path.
I suppose it has to do with missing UTF support? Is there any way to work around this until it is fixed within the software itself?

have you activated (Properties / Language / Load unicode plugin) the unicode plugin?
