converting back from exe

is there a way to convert an exe back to pictures if you can't find the original file to modify your slideshow ?

I have no exe example available, but I suppose this 'e' key is used during running the slideshow ?
If this is the case, I wonder, is it possible to extract an included soundfile as well..

I am not sure I understand what you say ...

where is that 'e' option ?

Run the slideshow, and press "E" on the keyboard. A window will open for you to choose a place to save all the images.
