I was hoping someone could help me with a problem. I've been trying to create an overlay to cover a piece of my screen. It's a small thing just 216x18 pixels big. However purely viewing the image via irfan leads to the ugly border even with hiding all the bars. Opening it as a slideshow removes the border but instead it seems to refuse to accept an image less than 100 pixels in height leaving a 216x100 block of black with my image in the middle. I followed a tutorial to make the image 216x100 instead and made everything around my image transparent to be viewed as a slideshow but no dice.
Anyone got any ideas or suggestions? Thank you!
