Batch Conversion closing unexpectedly

I had been doing quite a number of batch connversions, ie reducing size and adding a title.

During one session of batching, my I received a Skype call. During the call my whole computer locked cup, necessitating a forced re-start.

Now whenever I attempt a batch conversion, Irfanview just freezes and closes down without any warning.

I am using Vers 4.28 with Windows 7. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe a problem of the interaction with Skype!
