Outlook address book import

I have the e-mail plug-in installed. I have selected the MAPI option and I understand this should link me to my e-mail program address book (Outlook in my case). But I can't get access to this in the plug-in.

How to do this please?

Alternatively, I can export my addressbook file from Outlook but how can I install it in Irfanview?

There is no way to import a whole address book. But you can just change the address when the e-mail client opens.

This plugin is troublesome. *shakes head*
