Hotkey for screen capture

All of a sudden, the hotkey to do a screen capture (ctrl-F11) doesn't work. Can't figure it out since I haven't made any change to my computer that I am aware of. I tried to set another hotkey by changing the option in the hotkey field, but that didn't work either. As I used this function a lot, I'd like to figure out how to rectify it if someone can help.

You have to run IV and start the capturing mode (pressing the 'C' key). That's the way I enable the screen capture.
Did you do anything else or started IV using an autorun method?
