Can irfanview convert my image file to a simple "row, column, color" output file?
I would like to convert an image into a simple Ascii or binary file for which
each pixel of the image would be represented by three values - a row
number, column number, and color value. This would allow me to convert
two images to identically organized "grids" which can then be subtracted,
and thus "compared" over their area.
