Start IrfanView.
Goto menu Options > Properties/Settings... | Extensions
Press the Clear all button, then the OK button.
Close IrfanView.
Rename or delete the i_view32.ini file located in the IrfanView directory (or maybe someplace else).
Start IrfanView.
