About CommandLine convert (BMP to PDF)

Hi
i want to convert from BMP to PDF using the command-line.
However, during the conversion dialog box appears.
I want to convert silently, what should I do now?

ex.)
i_view32.exe c:\tmp.bmp /convert=c:\aaa.pdf
