Show .exe files created by IfranView on 2018 Panasonic TV

I have used this great program to create a slideshow which not only shows the picture but the date taken.
The only option to save this slideshow is as an .exe or .scr. I saved the .exe and transferred to a external back up drive but when I plugged it into our TV it shows the Western Digital files but not my test slideshow. Does anyone have an idea how I can watch this slideshow on our TV?

Slideshows created using IrfanView can be run only on a computer.
