Save as SVG?

I have the latest irfanView64 (4.58) and the latest plugins which I copied into the Plugins folder. I can see an SVG.DLL in the Plugins folder but when I go to "Save As...", SVG is not an option. How do I save an image as an SVG?

IrfanView can only display SVG files. You need a vector graphics program to create SVG files.

My system: IrfanView 4.62 64bit, Windows 10 22H2, Intel Core i5-3570, 16GB RAM, NVidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB
