Filter by Image Dimensions (height and width)

Greetings! Thank you all for being a part of the IrfanView community!

I like to use IrfanView to recursively load images from a top level folder. It's a great feature that works in a snap, incredibly!

I would like my results to exclude .ico sized images (not necessarily .ico extension as I dabble in graphic design and used to create icons, so i have a ton of small .png imgs that i don't want in my results)

Please advise. thank you!

I already understand how to filter by extension using the IrfanView settings, and inserting custom preferences.

AFAIK there is no way to make Irfanview ignore small images (like some browser image download extensions can do).
The only chance I see is to sort images by size: Options - Sort file list - by Size.

Hey there. Thank you for this reply. My apologies for the slight delay (lol) in my attention to it. ... long story.

in any case, i had some success with a powershell script actually. that's probably what made me go off the rails. fumbling with trying to get that script perfect. i don't think i ever did, but there was potential there.

💡i should find that script to share with you the Pandora's box. haha.
