    Slideshow, specific filetypes, desktop.ini.

I have a setup where IrfanView runs a looping SlideShow.
    Command line: "C:\Program Files\IrfanView\i_view64.exe" /FS /BF /slideshow=D:\SlideShow /reloadonloop /hide=8
    It works! Almost.
The folder D:\SlideShow is a shared Dropbox folder. In the folder a file called desktop.ini keeps reappearing. Problem: The desktop.ini file shows up in the slideshow, and it is not pretty ?
I have done a lot of searching and my conclusion so far is that the file is generated by dropbox - and it is impossible to stop the generating of the file.

My question is: Can I somehow set a whitelist or a blacklist when it comes to filetypes shown in the slideshow. In my specific setup one of the following.
    Whitelist: “BMP|TIF|JPG|WMV”
Blacklist: “INI|TXT|DOC|DOCX” Of cause the only file I can’t control is the ini file, so the blacklist could be only “INI”.
By the way, the desktop.ini has the Hidden-attribute set. So a third option could be as simple as “Do not include hidden files in Slideshow” / “Exclude hidden files from being displayed”.

How do I prevent Irfanview-slideshow from showing desktop.ini?
Any suggestion as to a solution?
