I'm having trouble printing in Irfanview and I need your help. I created two printing profiles - one for color A4 and the other for black and white A3. However, after selecting the A3 profile, the print is still in color, not grayscale. The print format parameter changes from A4 to A3, but the color doesn't change. The program preview suggests that the color change has been taken into account (the preview image is in grayscale), but in reality, the print is in color.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? Maybe you have some ideas on how to solve it? Thank you in advance for your help.
