I have a mac and having a terrible time. I tried several times to load the program. I tried the regular version and it seems to download something, but opens to nothing. I tried the zip version and it downloaded as a regular file folder (not a zip file)-when I moved it to desktop it stays as a regular file folder with files inside: HTML,i_about.txt,i_changes.txt, i_languages.txt...etc. I have been instructed to use this program to resize photos and 
not even able to download program. Yes, I have permission to load programs onto computer.
Please help
