Solved Wallpaper is wrong image

I open any image file such as a .jpg and go to the Options Menu and point at Set as Wallpaper. A sub-menu appears with the choices Centered, Tiled, Stretched and Previous wallpaper.
I choose Tiled.

Another image appears instead of the one I want. No matter choice.
C:\Users\david\AppData\Roaming\IrfanView shows the correct image.

Question: How to delete the incorrect one from Irfanview memory?
Why would it show an incorrect image?

Irfanview ver 4.66 64bit and Windows 10 Pro.

The issue looks to be fixed. I have restarted a few times and uninstalled and reinstalled. I have been able to reset a few wallpaper images with no issue.
