Thread: Question to batch conversion.

  1. #1

    Default Question to batch conversion.

Is there any way to filter files by its resolution?

I have some very high resolution pictures and would like to resize them (1600x2202) to gain disk space. But they are together multiple files with lower resolution.

    Hi Matheus,

currently ther eis no option for ignoring small files. But it is possible to read the dimension data and use it within a script, just have a look at the Batch resizing images script.
If you have an question feel free to ask me.

    Regards
    Nils

You can filter files by dimensions on the Batch dialogue when adding files to include in the Batch operation.

    1. List the images by Details
    2. Right-click on the column headers to show the Dimensions column
    3. Sort by order of file dimensions.
    4. Select those files over a certain dimension to add.
