How do I remove a plugin without having to uninstall irfanview and the other plugins?

Did you try to simply delete it?

C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\Plugins\ocr_kadmos.dll is the file that you need to delete.

Thanks! I completely over looked the Plugins folder in the Irfanview install folder.
