You can include sound too, but I haven't tried that yet as it is enough for me to remember what to do, let alone what to say at the same time.
The resulting videos are in Windows Media Video format (WMV) and can be uploaded to YouTube. There is no need for fancy video editing software. This is a quick and simple method for putting together short tutorials.
