Since when has IrfanView Been Available?

Hi,
I'm new to the IV forums but have been using IV for quite a while.
I noticed the site says "over a million dls a mth since 2003"
I'm sure IV has been around for at least 3 or 4 years prior to that, anyone know when exactly?
If memory serves me correctly, I started using this great lil app more than 10 years ago, I may be wrong but...

Oldest Version Available on Old Versions.com is 1.75
