I salute that programmer! Irfanview is a marvelous conglomeration of efficient program-sizing and comprehensive module sets.

I'm speculating that perhaps there is an ad-hoc Irfanview planning group.

IrfanView is a Windows application. Windows and Android applications are fundamentally different, so it's impossible to port a Windows application to Android, you need to write a new application from scratch.
