Reported IV doesn't support unicode chars in save dialog.

    BUG 1

Irfanview doesn't support unicode chars in save dialog.

My os is Win7 32 bits System language Turkish. When I'm saving a file in Turkish name the file name gets a name in stupid chars.
I'm currently cannot use ş,ç,ğ,ü,ı etc. chars.

    BUG 2

My epson Scanner UI works perfect standalone. When I call scanner UI with IrfanView UI buttons dialogs etc. looks stupid chars like 1st bug I reported.

Unicode chars (turkish especially) doesn't support correctly.

Your profile says that your OS is Windows XP.

I am using Windows 7 and have no problem saving files with Unicode characters e.g. "ş,ç,ğ,ü".jpg"

I also had no problems with windows 7, so I've launched my windows xp machine. IV 4.35 was installed, so I tried to reproduce your issue with 4.35 and then 4.36. Everything worked OK with unicode plugin on or off. The test name was şçüğčšž.jpg, I added some "central-european" characters.

Did you check your "Language for non-Unicode programs" settings in "Regional and Language settings"?
