no bug GIFs do not play in saved slideshow

While I am in the slideshow creator window, the GIF files play correctly. However, when I save the slideshow as an EXE, the GIFs do not play.
I am using the latest version of Irfanviewer with the plugins installed.

That's what I would expect.

You could try the method described in help for "Burning a slideshow to a DVD". That might work, as it's loading a text file, then loading each image from that, but I haven't tried it myself.

Yes, saving to a DVD does work. That is a nice feature as it exports all the files, play list and settings. Once the files are on the DVD/CD, they can be copied to another device (like a memory stick). Please consider making this a general "export" function that works with any destination, such as an external HD drive, memory stick, SD chip or even another folder on the internal HD. CD's are slow and becoming passe'.
