Flash Plugin Remain Running when IrfanView is Minimised
I think no one else has responded because they cannot understand what the problem is.
Yes, if you are playing a Flash video in Irfanview and minimise the Irfanview window then the video continues to play. You cannot see it because the window is minimised but you still hear it. Irfanview is still running and so is the Flash plugin. You have just minimised the window you view it in.
The same applies to any other video you play in Irfanview, or in Windows media player and probably in every other video player too.
If that is not what you are trying to report, then I suggest that you describe it in more detail.

After folding the window it disappears from the taskbar (the sound is still playing) and thus expand the window did not get.

No problem on my computer. The Irfanview icon always shows on the taskbar when the window is minimised. You can see it in the image below.
I also have Task manager running as you see (right click on taskbar and Open) so that you can see how it is shown there.
Do you have any other applications running at the same time? I do not know what would happen if you had the taskbar properties set to combine icons of the same type and already had another FLV file open in a different media player.
Missed an important point.
Getting errors steps:
1. Minimize Flash
2. Minimize irfanviev
3. Expanding irfanviev.
4. Stub_Plugin.ehe while still in the Task Manager.
Open the Flash window will not happen.
As you are able to minimize the Flash (window) in Step 1 then I asssume that you must have set the Options to External viewer so that the Flash file is displayed in a separate Window.
What I described in #6 had the Options set to Internal viewer (Direct show). The Flash window is then embedded in Irfanview and cannot be minimized or restored separately.
If you are using the External viewer then you should see both Irfanview and the IV Player as separate icons on the taskbar and as separate applications in Task manager, whether the windows are minimized or not. By default on the taskbar Irfanview shows as the "Flat cat" icon and IV_player as the Panda.
I do not understand your Step 4. What is "Stub_Plugin.ehe". In Task manager the Applications should be as in the image below and the Processes running them are "i_view32.exe " and "IV_player.exe". If you have opened the Irfanview window in Step 3 by clicking the Cat then the window you see will be empty. You need to click the Panda to see the Flash window again.
Strangely, despite the fact that I have observed this problem (perhaps at the test there any other error) on the 32 bit version seems to be the problem occurs only in the 64 bit version.
