no bug Unicode support broken on many places in win10

I observed that with ver 4.41 32bit in Windows 10.0.10586 64bit. Unicode plugin is turned on in preferences.

    - Thumbnail viewer does not show content of directories whose names contain non ascii characters. It even does not refresh the file list when navigating into such directory.
    - File names with non ascii characters are shown with wrong characters in thumbnail window.
    - When I rename file in the thumbnnail window and put non ascii characters in the name, it results in completely garbled filename (shown in windows explorer).
    - Also when renaming directory.
    - Also when creating new directory. (This one bug also happens in winXP 32bit)

Annoying it may be, but it's not a bug. See my reply to your other thread.

OK, 64bit version supports unicode properly. I'll try to live with the "certificate" and "windows randomly unregistered it" problems of the 64bit version.
However this described behaviour is worse than in older 32bit Windows (as in the other thread). Its not just a displaying issue, it also affects functionality. Maybe just adding a few utf-8 <-> utf-16 conversions at right places in the program will help...
