I don't get any crash. IrfanView simply tells me that they use are unsupported without the right codec. Did you try finding the appropriate codec to play these file types?

I get the same error with that one. I think you're barking up the wrong tree. This does not look like a bug in IrfanView, but just a missing codec error message.

Enabled unicode plugin prevents opening video in IV from command line (it's don't affects pictures opening) if i_view32 written without extension or in 'wrong' case ('i_view32.exE'):

I disabled h264 codec in LAV Video Decoder and IV stop crashing.
