Reported tif exif info exposure time not correctly displayed

Hi,
The ExposureTime Exif tag value is not correctly displayed.
I use a tiff image image below and if you open it with http://regex.info/exif.cgi you can see the exposure time is 1/2020, which is the correct value.
However with IrfanView the value is -2126008 seconds.
In the tif, this value is stored as a fraction, maybe that fraction is not correctly converted ?

I made a new tiff file via IrfanView and wrote in the same exif:ExposureTime via ExifTool. IV displays this correctly, so there must be something else in your image, bothering IV.

Serif PhotoPlus X8 reports the exposure as a fraction, 2126008/4294967295, which equates to 1/2020.
