Fixed Scrolling pictures with mouse wheel EXIF Info open

Scrolling pictures with mouse wheel and EXIF Info is open, doesn't work in v.4.56 like in v.4.54.

I confirm. Scrolling does not work in 4.56. I had to go back to 4.54 ...

I was just about to open a new thread about this problem.
Background scrolling i.e. hovering the mouse over IrfanView and scrolling while another window is focused doesn't work anymore. I just updated to v4.56 a little while ago and noticed this.
edit: also reverted back to v4.54 which fixes it
