Confirmed IrfanView crash when I try to open the second page of this djvu file

Download and unzip the djvu file: http://www.turbobit.net/sbi35bekwfqv.html. Open it with IrfanView v. 4.27. Click "Next page" button (or Ctrl+PgDown). Error message `The instruction at "..." referenced memory at "0x0000000c". The memory could not be "read"` appears on the screen. Click `OK` - IrfanView window disappears.
WinXP Prof. SP3, 3 PCs with different hardware.
I can see this second (blank) page in IE8 on the same PC.

I can confirm the crash. No problem viewing the file using the LizardTech djvu plugin for Mozilla Firefox in Opera.
