Reported V4.27: CTRL+M (random image in directory) not working

Hi there,

at least since version 4.23 the ctrl+m keyboard shortcut is no longer working. Selecting the menu option works as expected, it's just the keybord shortcut that won't work.

Steps to reproduce:

- Open Irfan View thumbnails
- select a folder containing subfolders with images (the folder itself does not contain any images)
- select Options > Load thumbs from all subfolders
- double click one of the files and hit enter to go fullscreen
- hit ctrl.+m
=> instead of opening a random file the fullscreen is closed and the normal window is displayed.

Working OK here, but you need to wait for all of the thumbnails to be generated.
