no bug Wrong Character Encoding

Hi, in the new open file dialog, in the recent folders combobox, character encoding has been handled incorrectly. If a pathname contains non-ASCII characters, they are displayed wrongly (seems like UTF treated as Latin2 in my case). On the other side, the functionality of the combobox isn't affected, so this is only a cosmetic bug.

The folder name is displayed correctly in the input on the top of the dialog (which is IMHO handled by Windows itself).

IrfanView doesn't support Unicode filenames or paths, and never has without the help of the plug-in, so this is not a bug. If IrfanView would support Unicode natively, then the path would be shown correctly.
