Reported Strange bug with SWF files

    Hi everyone,

I work in digital advertising field and we use Irfan Viewer to view the SWF files to make sure of the quality and other specs. It was working fine for 1 year and half when suddenly it started giving me a bug. Every time I try to open an SWF file:

    1. It shows a smiley face on the top bar of the opened file (as the screenshot below). Before it was showing the Flash logo.
    2. The properties under the File menu has disappeared.
    3. Also the creative itself is showed crashed.

So Can anybody help me to fix that? it's strange cuz it was working very well before all that has happened. btw I work on version 4, however, i tried the new versions and same issue still exists!

No such problems here. SWF displays as expected using the Flash Player plugin.

I tried to open the files and I still have the same issue. I guess it's something related to OS. I am not sure.

          It was working properly before.

          Any other suggestions?

IrfanView's Flash.dll plugin uses Internet Explorer's ActiveX Control.
The latest stable release of Adobe Flash Player is version 10.3.183.10.
Ensure that the latest ActiveX version is installed.

Newer versions of Adobe Flash Player include a Local Settings Manager
installed as a Control Panel applet entitled "Flash Player".

You could try adding your SWF file or containing directory as a
Trusted Location found on the Advanced tab of the Settings Manager.
