Reported Weird bug on Change Canvas Size

I tried to change canvas size, CENTERED, for the attached photo to a height of 1498 pixels and I got a fatal error.

There might be other values for width too that throw errors.

Very weird...

Here it works as expected — cropping the image to 1498 pixels in height.
