Reported V4.30: problem with bulgarian language file

I've set my regional and all necessary settings to Bulgarian location and yet there are hieroglyphs in the language file:


See the hieroglyhps both on the left and ride side.
Until now I was with 4.10 and there was no such problem - all languages were displayed normally. So I think the problem is in the language library.

What is the Windows interface font being used? When I selected the latest Bulgarian language plugin for IV 4.30, all I see there is .notdef rectangle glyphs. I don't have a Bulgarian font installed AFAIK. What you see there would depend on the dialogue font used by Windows (unless there's a bug in the plugin).

It was checked. When I unchecked it the problem disappeared, which looks weird to me. I thought the purpose of the uni-code feature is to display non-unicode text properly, instead of corrupted.
All possible regional settings of my Windows are set to Bulgarian - time format, language, keyboard and so on.

If I read your answer, then I understand you in this sense, that the unicode plugin doesn't work correctly on your computer!
Is that right? (Then it could be a really bug!)

If yes, then please give us two screenshots of the unicode plugin window!

I used the toolbar setting option to show you the problem because there it's easier to see it due to the most text in it.

And to answer your question - yes, when I deactivated the non-unicode plugin - my problem was gone.
