In version 4.57 64 bit, the options for choosing the position of the picture are no longer available. How to fix it?

Not a bug. Read the dialog. Position an overlay image by clicking on the main window. The co-ordinates on the dialog that are greyed out are available when using Insert Overlay Image in batch mode.
