Background Colour Changed

I just noticed something today. I was editing some pictures, and noticed that the background colour that shows up when I rotate a picture has turned to some sort of weird neon green colour, instead of the normal black. I checked the settings and black is still set as the colour.

Any ideas ?

There are two ways in IrfanView to rotate an image: Either by Image -> Custom/Fine rotation (CTRL+U) or with the IrfanPaint plugin.
Both variants offer a way to set the background colour.
