Image can not be read properly (*.cr3)

I made some new picture with my new camera Canon R5. As it took CR3 files, i downloaded the latest version(4.57) of the program an the newest plugin. When i open the picture, it looks like a lightly "milky" dust has been set over the image. the preview in the explorer looks fine. (see Attachment, Leftside Windows Foto App, right sie irfanview) I have this problem with all images, so thats why i think it is a bug
Any Idea?
