Pending Misaligned Zoom box icon on Toolbar

It's all in the pictures. When Zoom box is active, the first icon to the left of Zoom box gets hidden. And then there is this unclickable space farther to the left.

• UI Language
• IrfanView version
• Toolbar

Same problem with 4.58 here - some icons are not shown and the underlying function is not accessible. No problem in 4.57, language doesn't matter.
IIRC each toolbar is affected.
Win 10 21H1 with all updates. AMD Radeon graphics with latest driver.

It seems to be a problem with small skins in general. Skins of 24 pixels or more seem to be free from this bug.

Disabling the List Boxes in Settings, Toolbars also works around the issue.

The DEFAULT toolbar looks to work fine.

There is no skin for the Default toolbar. It is hard-wired into the code.

It seems that only 16-pixel toolbars are affected except for the default toolbar. So using a bigger toolbar or the DEFAULT will help until the bug is solved.
