Fixed Zoom Box Breaks Interface in 4.58 64bit on Win7 64

I remember that I tried to upgrade some time ago and I had this problem, so I went back to the earlier version I had safely stored, then I had ended up with a bunch of Avifs that that one was not handling but the newer one did, or something like that, so I went back to a newer version (4.58 this time) and had the same problem again and I played with the toolbar to see if I could get a functional zoom out and more importantly, the go to previous button, removing the Zoom Box unbroke it, feel free to tell why that happened and how to fix it if it can be done on my side.

I don't see any issues with the latest version, which is 4.59. Try larger toolbars than the default.
