Where is the option ' Center window when loading new image' ?

I cannot find the option 'Center windows when loading new image' in Viewing properties.
Is this OS-related problems or language-related?

No, wrong.
When launched IV without images(blank), I want IV window to be center of display
and this option uses to be existed ago in Viewing properties.

Then that option is already checked in your screenshot. Keep window in the middle of screen when loading new image.
