The Option Set as Wallpaper is not working, how to activate?

This looks like a bug. Please send a bug report to Irfan Skiljan. See Help, About for his email.

I am using Windows 10. I just get a black screen when I try to set an open image as the wallpaper. I hate this feature, so I disabled the shortcuts, but the menu is still available. Personalize the desktop, choose another theme, then reselect your old theme should work.
