v4.6 lost the ESC to exit

v4.6 lost the ESC to exit

Both v4.59 and v4.6 doesn't exit when I push ESC. It is same for 32- and 64-bit version.
A probable reason is the WIN10 22H2 update, I made some days ago.

No such problem here in Windows 10.

No problem here either. Are you using any program that uses system-wide keyboard shortcuts?

My system: IrfanView 4.62 64bit, Windows 10 22H2, Intel Core i5-3570, 16GB RAM, NVidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB
