Change/Set menu hotkey - not stable

Ig you change the hot key via rightclick on "Change/Set menu hotkey" the hotkey is not stable.
Most of the time after starting irfan I have to right click again.
The entry is there but is not active until youn right click again.
I did it with one of the Adobe 8BF plugins (Image/Adobe 8BF PlugIns).

Unable to reproduce. The user-defined shortcuts are independent for 32-bit and 64-bit version.
