problème de réglages dans IrfanView

je suis avec IrfanView 4.58 64bits.
j'utilise Génopro pour la création de mon arbre généalogique.
je copie l'intégralité du dessin et j'utilise IrfanView pour le mémoriser en .jpeg
le problème rencontré est que la plupart des options sont en "grisés" donc non consultable
je n'ai rien touché a l'installation , donc j'ai un problème de paramétrage (peut être )

Your Genopro family tree program uses vector images. IrfanView converts all vectors to bitmaps (pixelated images), so you lose the ability to edit or search text. Use a different program such as LibreOffice Draw.

Depuis des années j'utilise windows XP avec parallel déstock sur mac iOS 10.13.6 et cela à toujours bien fonctionné.
mais a un moment donné cela à coincé.
aujourd'hui j'utilise Windows 10 avec virtualBox ,toujours sur le même Mac iOS mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas .
j'ai genopro 2021 et irfanview 4.58 64 bits.

je me demande si ce n'estt pas mes fichiers .GNO qui sont en cause , je vais créer une nouvelle famille pour vérifier.
