Extract Multipage TIF to Single Image

    1. In Settings, Plugins, PDF Options, set the resolution that you wish to use. The default is 96 dpi, which is OK for reading, but not too sharp. Try 150 dpi
    2. Open the PDF file
    3. From the Options menu, select Multipage images, Extract all pages, selecting any convenient folder such as C:\TEMP
    4. From the Image menu select Create Panorama Image
    5. Add all of the pages extracted from the PDF file
    6. Select the Vertical radio button, and then Create Image
    7. Save the new image as a PNG or TIF image. (PNG offers better compression)

    Moved post to relevant forum.

You would need to write a two-line batch file to perform the two commands: extract, and panorama.
