Implemented Support Animated PNG

irfanview does not support dynamic png, now only firefox can be properly opened.

Firefox is not the only browser that can be used to view dynamic PNG images, but it doesn't offer the option of editing them without a plugin.

I use a product called APNG Anime Maker.


Perhaps IrfanView could do it better. It would be a nice to be able to view them at least as one can view animated GIF images.

Viewing of APNG is coming soon to IrfanView. Check out this thread, and the linked thread to get a test version.

Creating APNG is not planned as far as I know.
