Requested Old Newsprint Format for photos (DOT SCREEN)

Have not located function for, or figured way to do yet. Wondering if such could be added for EFFECTS function of converting or editing photos. Using the old Newsprint formats of photo being in a DOT or Screened format for printing, using less ink but still providing enough quality for viewing or printing. Will attempt to attach an example.

Look for some plugins to do that. I would be surprised if there are none, but it's not something I ever use. What little photo processing I do I will do in PagePlus PhotoLab.

for it to be easier to find a plugin or software that does that, the effect your are looking for is called "dithering".
