Requested "Browse with IrfanView" option requires admin privs

From what I can make out, this cannot be turned on/off without having run Irfanview using 'Run as administrator':

Properties/Settings > Extensions > Add "Browse with IrfanView" for Drives and Folders to shell menu

I suggest that, at least, an indication of this admin requirement is given in the settings dialog.

I am using IrfanView 4.42 on Windows 7 Pro.

I was able to turn it off, using Windows 10, but I cannot now turn it back on. I probably need to reboot or something

Running as administrator should turn it off.
