Requested Editable Directory Path in Thumbnail View

IrfanView Thumbnails panel now offers the same as its Save As Dialog obsolete and counterproductive method of finding the right folder by endless clicks in the left toolbar. Meanwhile, a user may have this folder already open in Windows Explorer or found by Everything or similar very fast search tool. There is absolutely no need to go through a series of folder search clicks after that in Thumbnail View, instead of simply copying the folder path in Windows Explorer or Everything, and pasting it in Thumbnail View. Please make Thumbnail View path field editable to improve IrfanView usability and performance.

You might get more support for your ideas if you use a friendly conversational tone.

As you say, there is no need to go through an endless series of folder search clicks.

1. Use the Recent Folders list, or
2. Use the Save in Drop List

I always save images in the same folder, but I think Recent Folders is the best way to go with this.
