Requested B&W dotted border

Hello,

Sometimes I have to add a color frame to an image. Mostly it works fine but when the frame color matches the background color. It would be wonderful if IrfanView adds a dotted border to the image in order to visualize clearly the image limits.

I am not sure why you need this. The Border dialogue lets you define almost any colour border with four borders to choose from. Just add a thin white line around the picture with the colour frame outside of that inner border.
